DOCENT PROGRAM
Prepare your students for their visit to the opera by having a San Diego Opera Docent visit your classroom! These docents use a variety of techniques to bring the opera to life for your students. Opera docents present two different programs: the ABCs of Opera and See You At The Opera!
[Docent presentations are normally given at your school site. Please call or e-mail the Education Department for dates and reservations: educate@sdopera.com].
The ABCs of Opera!
The ABCs of Opera! is a great preparation for elementary, middle and high school students before attending Student Night at the Opera for the first time. A combination of ABCs and See You At The Opera! with Student Night at the Opera tickets makes a complete opera education package for all students.
