One of the top ten American opera companies, San Diego Opera’s renowned opera productions and acclaimed educational programs are only possible thanks to the generous donations from thousands of individuals, foundations and corporations. Ticket sales only cover 40% of the costs of producing the highest quality opera. As a non-profit, San Diego Opera relies on the support of our donors to fund the remaining 60% of the costs of producing the world-class opera you enjoy on our stage.
There are many ways for you to join this group of committed opera-lovers and play a critical role in the success of San Diego Opera. All donors of $25 or more will be listed on the Donor Wall in the theatre for the 2013 Season and each giving program offers additional unique benefits, privileges and experiences:

Silver Medalists contributing $60,000 over four years have the unique opportunity to sponsor the appearance of two International Season artists over the time of their commitment.
