The Board of Directors and Members of the San Diego Opera Association sincerely thank the trustees of the Maxwell H. Gluck Foundation for making the San Diego Opera Ensemble possible. This continues the Foundation's history of support and its magnificent sponsorship of Operation: Opera, the Company's comprehensive education and outreach program.

San Diego Opera Salutes the Maxwell H. Gluck Foundation The San Diego Opera Ensemble created by a Gluck Foundation Grant in 1987, tours four very different productions to students and adults each year presenting more than 300 performances through the San Diego and Tijuana region. The Gluck Foundation helped San Diego Opera purchase a fleet of vehicles, which enables San Diego Opera to bring opera education to students from Ensenada, Mexico, to Oceanside!
